Two Sundays ago in the Odds and Ends, I mentioned a study that suggests the more physically active a person is the lower their chance of being diagnosed with Alzheimer's type dementia. The finding held true across ages indicating that all of us would do well to get and keep moving.
In my WebMD newsletter today, Denise Mann gives a good overview of the study. She also interviewed some experts who work with this public health issue.
